This topic teach me how to do a mail merge and the other features of Microsoft Word like smart art,shapes etc this lesson let me know the other advanced capabilities of MS word to be more efficient and more prodctively. Specially mail merge that you can use if you are sending a mail to a large group but not doing it individually instead you will just put there the information about the company.
