In this lesson we create a infographic using a web tools it is more on balancing the theme of your creation specially the colors the images you are going to insert.

Lesson 5: Advanced Presentation Skills

This lesson i learned the proper way of powerpoint presentation that you should able to know if the background is fit in the text the design of your presentation you should be simple and rely on what is in the content dont be so fancy when creating a powerpoint. If you get an image from google dont forget to give credit and post hyperlink to make it easy for the reader.

Lesson 4: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills

This lesson helped me to understand more about the use of Microsoft Excel this is a unique because it can be a viable tool for market research or computing the grades of the students. It is unique because it can compute like the sum(range),average(range) etc you can use this when you are more on handling numbers it can be useful and productive. Now i can review if my grades are a failing grade or not.

This topic teach me how to do a mail merge and the other features of Microsoft Word like smart art,shapes etc this lesson let me know the other advanced capabilities of MS word to be more efficient and more prodctively. Specially mail merge that you can use if you are sending a mail to a large group but not doing it individually instead you will just put there the information about the company.
